Why the Google listing matters more than the website for a local search
On a local search ("bakery Aix-en-Provence", "garage near me"), Google first shows a map with three businesses: the local pack. Those three spots are won with the Google Business Profile, not with the website. Google ranks listings by relevance (categories, services, description), distance and prominence (reviews, citations, consistency of details). A complete, consistent listing can double a shop's calls and direction requests without touching its website.
What listing optimisation includes
An audit of the existing listing, correction of key details (name, address, phone, hours, services, payment methods), choice of the primary and secondary categories, activation of relevant attributes, writing of an optimised description, addition and organisation of visuals (logo, cover, photos), a check of detail consistency on other platforms and follow-up recommendations. Price: €129 excl. VAT per listing, decreasing in packs. If the listing does not exist yet, the creation and optimisation offer at €199 excl. VAT creates it on Google, Apple Maps and Bing Places then optimises it.
Multi-location: 5 to 100 listings
For a network (franchise, chain, multi-site practices, hotel group), each location needs its own listing, consistent with the others and differentiated in its description and photos. Our packs of 5 to 100 listings apply the same method at scale, with a reference file of each site's details, centralised validation and a report per location. To then keep consistency over time, directory publication plus synchronises the listings continuously.
What comes after optimisation
An optimised listing is a starting point. Reviews and replies to reviews, regular posts, new photos and Q&A keep the ranking up.
