Why synchronise rather than publish once
A business's details change more often than you would think: summer hours, public holidays, new phone number, added service, relocation, new outlet. Every change not carried over creates an inconsistency between your listings, which Google reads as a signal of doubt. Continuous synchronisation takes your Google Business Profile as the single source and propagates every change to more than 80 premium directories, without any action on your part.
What the subscription includes
For each location: connection to your Google Business Profile, initial distribution to the network's premium directories, automatic update on every change, data consistency monitoring with alerts for divergent or duplicate listings, a coverage dashboard and regular reporting. Technical support is included. The subscription is monthly with no minimum term.
Which pack for your network
One listing for a single location whose information changes often (restaurant, seasonal shop, practice with variable hours). The 5- and 10-listing packs for small networks and multi-site practices. The 25- to 200-listing packs for franchises, chains, hotel and restaurant groups, where keeping hours and services consistent across dozens of addresses is impossible by hand. The service is identical from one pack to another; the table above compares prices and each row leads to the pack's details.

Manual directory publication creates lasting listings on a wide range of directories, as a one-off payment. Synchronisation keeps a network of premium directories up to date continuously. For a business with stable data, manual publication is enough. For a changing network, synchronisation prevents the gradual erosion of consistency. Many of our clients start with publication, then move to synchronisation as the network grows.
